Though is have to admit.. only ate seitan once, wasn't that brilliant, but wasn't made that good. I should try it again..

It's my favourite food when I eat at home. It doesn't really require as tofu, tempeh or Texture Soy Protein.

But I must admit that in restaurant, what they create with Texture Soy Protein is magic, specially concerning false chicken and fish.

It is said that the best seitan is the one you make yourself but I have never tried. (Shame on me)

i hate it when people dont understand the idea of veganism. fish is meat, why dont these people get it?

my wife makes seitan, you can buy it here www.rootsofcampassion.org in germany or
www.vegancore.com in austria. it comes as a mix, you add water and dop some other stuff, and, voila Smile
