Yes and No

I try to speak with them to explain my way of thinking and many times it's ok but when they are really stupid with fallacious arguments I often fight with them. Maybe my metalhead side but at this time they can't say anymore that vegans miss energy !

For me, it put walls. It's hard to realize that a good friend is in the dark side and will probably never change.

uhm...no...most of the people I know think that I'm crazy,a terrorist,a fundamentalist, ecc.
Personally I have a lot of non-veg friends,but sincerely I see them in another way since I'm a vegan...even my family!
And then...when non-vegs talk about peace, non-violence,a better world,ecc...for me they're just opening and closing their mounth:all their beautiful thoughts about brotherhood and peace don't have sense if they everyday fill they mouth with dead animals and contribute to this system of pain and death!!

I also used to have a non-veg boyfriend....but then I broke with him because it impossible to live/love a person who eats meat without caring, while I spend whole days making activism, conferences and spend whole nights on train to join protests all over Italy!
I couldn't love a person that is exactly what I'm fighting!

I well undestrand. A lot of relation are broken or strange since I opened my eyes. I don't feel pleasure with friends which don't understand. I can't talk from everywhere I want and it's a nightmare.
It's like go to a fest with raper or murderer, I can't forget this.
